This is the best chocolate frosting and we've had to call Dad several times for it. I finally wrote it on a recipe card and put it in my box.
2 2/3 c. powder sugar
2/3 c. soft butter
3/4 t. vanilla
2 T. milk
cocoa to taste (I think I put in about 5 T.)
